Founded by Uyghur/Uzbek migrant designer and linguist - Denara Amat, SEDA Collective creates ethical one of a kind wearable art working directly with indigenous Colombian Artisans. Having fallen in love with the colours, textiles and the history of Colombian handmade arts, Denara started SEDA Collective in 2018.
The beading with all its different techniques and meanings represents the values and culture of Colombia’s indigenous people; their traditional hand-woven technique is a unique skill passed down through many generations.
With a focus on the women, preserving culture and the stories woven into its jewellery, SEDA Collective has created a business structure to empower female indigenous artisans who create their stunning beaded pieces.
SEDA Collective and Collective Closets proudly bring you these two beautifully beaded pieces to complete all your summer outfits.
