Made by Motsi Living, their Sizila flat woven baskets are made from sisal, a fiber that comes from the tropical plant Agave. Each fibre is harvested, dried then rolled against the weaver's leg until the perfect thread is drawn out. An average of 20-40 hours per basket makes these one of the most labor intensive of all African baskets for their size. These baskets are flat in shape and have multiple uses such as wall decor or as plate placements at your next dinner party.
Diameter: 30-35cm
