But if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your online purchase we will happily offer you a refund or exchange on items that are returned back to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, not damaged with all original tags still attached within 7 days of receiving your purchase within Australia and 30 days for all international purchases. All exchanges must be shipped to us by express post.
- Please contact us strictly within 48 hours via email on email@example.com informing us why you are not satisfied with your purchase and instruct us on whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase.
- If you have chosen a refund we will refund the amount owing to you minus shipping using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In the event you would prefer to exchange your purchase kindly wait for an approval email from us prior to shipping your exchange. We will send you an email once we have processed your exchange. Please note all postage costs for exchange of goods are the customer’s responsibility unless you have received a faulty or not as ordered item. It’s important for us to mention that all exchanges are subject to availability. If your proposed garment is not available than a full refund minus postage will be issued.
